ReMED Guide for Climate Adaptation Action Planning
The guide provides municipalities with a practical and operational methodology for using the ReMED Platform and its decision-support framework in the preparation, implementation, monitoring and revision of Climate Adaptation Action Plans (CAAPs), including adaptation components of Sustainable Energy and Climate Action Plans (SECAPs). It describes the CAAP process step by step, identifying the main actors involved, the inputs required, the outputs expected and the specific role of ReMED at each stage.
