CO2 Pacman toolkit for the development of climate neutrality scenarios

The toolkit (project output 1.1) is a practical guide designed to help islands move toward climate neutrality in a clear and structured way. It brings together data on greenhouse gas emissions, local knowledge and participatory activities to support communities in understanding where emissions come from and what can be done to reduce them. The final aim is to help public authorities and stakeholders imagine different transition pathways and choose realistic, and feasible actions. Tested in 3 pilot islands, It offers a replicable approach that other islands and coastal territories can adapt to design their own climate neutrality roadmaps.
